I’ve written simple CSS for websites for years, but it is becoming very apparent to me these days that my simple understanding of CSS is just not cutting it for robust websites.
I was wondering if there is a consensus out there about where one can learn how to write effective, efficient, and compliant CSS. I’m coming from a point where I know the basics of the syntax and how, in general, to use CSS - but I don’t know enough about what I’m lacking to know where to find what I’m lacking (if that makes sense).
I was hoping that the real developers out there have 1 or 2 books that come to mind that explain this material in detail - or better yet a website that provides a coherent explanation of compliant CSS methodologies.
Thanks.
