“Clean” nails it — it’s all vibe, no lore dump, then it bails. And yeah, it does make me a tiny bit less worried it’ll run like treacle on Switch 2.

The trailer’s doing that “show gameplay, hide frame rate” trick though — I want to see a boring 30 seconds of actual traversal and combat with the HUD on.

Trailers doing the cinematic swoops instead of just showing the HUD is such a tell. I want 30 uncut seconds of someone jogging through a village, opening the inventory, and bonking three enemies—no cuts, no slow-mo, no “captured on PC” fine print.

Yeah the “cinematic swoops” are basically hiding load times + pop-in, especially on Switch. give me raw gameplay with the actual UI and a boring menu pause and i’ll trust it way more.
