I want to make an effect for an essay I’m writing. All of the letters on a page should lay in random disorder, as if the wind had blown them apart. Some of them has maybe turned upside down, or at least tilted a little bit.
Does anyone have any ideas of how I could do this? I’m planning to make it on a picture, and then paste it into Staroffice (OFC)
The tools I have available are Flash Pro 8, Photoshop CS2, Gimp and MSPaint 
Please help, this would get me higher grades!
