Limitations to Visual Web Dev 2008 Express?

Im usning Visual Web Dev 2008 Express Editon to construct a asp.net 3.5-project.

Ive run into a couple of pit-falls when following instructions from tutorials etc. and I am wondering if this has to do with actual limitations to the express editon, or simply because of some weird error in my installation.

The following options are not available in my VWDev-installation:

  1. Debug -> Publish Website

  2. myCss.css -> “CSS Properties”-window (or “Manage Styles”-window)

  3. Add new -> Nested Masterpage

  4. Add new -> Content page (only by right-clicking directly on an existing masterpage).
