Linking to specific frame in extern SWF

I have 2 SWF’s:
SWF1 = AS2
SWF2 = AS3

I need to link from SWF2 to frame 10 of SWF1. Is this posible?

If not, is it posible doing this with html/javascript? With the <a> tag?
