Hi, this is my first post here although I have been lurking here often to soak up good information! I hope someone can help with this…
I am working on a menu thing where you rollover a button and a rectangle will become visible below that contains a dynamic text box with links using the fscommand. When you rollout of the rectangle, it should make everything invisible again. That is all basically working except I get a weird side effect where the links in the textbox cause the rectangle rollover to be false.
As an example, I have placed an alpha 0 movie clip into Kirupa’s “Links in a Dynamic Text Box” tutorial (http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/links_dynamictextbox.htm) and added rollover and rollout functions to it. When you put the mouse over the linked text it will think that it is not over the movieclip any more!
Is there anyway to fix this?
