Hi,
I am building out a website that has several lists of services and each service page as a “contact us” type button that sends you to a contact page with a list of the services with Checkboxes next to each service so people can request specific services from us.
What I was interested in doing is having the form automatically check a box if you came from a specific service page.
For example:
If you are on the Web Design page and use the “contact us” link at the bottom, when you visit that page it will already have “Web Design” checked.
