Little Prob with the Blocking Part

Heya does anyone knows how to make “walls” like Blocking Parts?

tryed but failed anyone has a good script?

this is what i got:

   [LEFT] onClipEvent(enterFrame) {
    if (_root.moving_mc.hitTest(this)) {
       "The block part"
}
} [/LEFT]
