Load external swf cs3 as2

I’m trying to load the external movie faqMenu.swf (source file here: http://home.comcast.net/~mosquitoworks/test/faqAccordion/faqMenu.fla) into test.swf (loaded into faqMenu_mc, the only content). It loads, but apparently, the graphical content is too “deep” in the loaded swf and does not appear! Works just fine stand-alone but not when loaded. It’s driving me a bit bonkers at the moment. Any suggestions?
