Load image into existing clip - how?

So how do I just import a library item into an already existing movie clip (it has a background colour to show an empty square on my stage before the image is loaded into it)?

I’m using “loadMovie” and it tells me it can’t find the image in my folders - but I want it to load from the library, not from an external URL.
