I need to know how to save and load a very small amount of variables to a computer running my swf file. It is so that a person can keep their progress in a game if they decide to close the .swf and reload it later.
It has nothing to do with a server.
The most related thread I have found was http://www.actionscript.org/forums/showthread.php3?t=234270 but it has no solution.
All I need to store is a few numbers.
