Loadclip kills my attachMovie

I am using an attachMovie as to pull a movie clip out of my library and onto the stage… However I also have a loadclip which loads an swf file onto the stage, It keeps loading over the top of my attachMoeiv no matter what level I put it on… Any ideas? I’ve attached the example if that helps anyone…
