Designer here, keep that in mind!
What I’d like to do is this, lets say on my nav I have “Section 1”. If you rollover “Section 1”, subsection1, subsection2 and subsection3 drop down. If you click on any of those I’d like to load a short little intro .swf into the stage and then that subsection .swf loads into the stage. This I know how to do.
This is what I don’t know how to do and need help here. So now your in subsection1 and you click on subsection2 or 3 from the same dropdown menu, how can you tell these buttons that the intro has already played and doesn’t need to play again? Then if your in subsection2 and click on subsection1 or 3, same thing, don’t play the intro again. The intro should only play when you intially click on one of the subsections. There are also other main sections, Section2 Section3, that also have subsection and the same behavior for those subsections.
Hope I’ve made my problem clear and hope it’s an easy one to solve. If it’s easy, great, just tell me what I need to do. If it’s complicated I don’t want someone to do some “free work” for me so if thats the case could you at least point me in a general direction to solve.
