I have a webpage that has a swf in it that is very large (5.9 mb).
I have tried everything from streaming the sound to deleting everything not in use out of the library. I have converted all of my jpegs to ready for web .gifs. Nothing really brings the size down.
It takes way too long to load. There are large number of mp3s that all have “Play” and “Stop” buttons. I was considering to make these buttons load the mp3s externally instead of being saved as part of the button. Hopefully this will help with the size issue.
Does anyone know how to go about doing that?
