Loading from one swf to another

Is there a way to load a swf to a specific frame with instance name.For ex.there is a swf in it you click on a button and another swf loads.then you click on another button in the second swf and it would load the previous one BUT to a specific frame with instance name cuz i don’t wanna just to load the swf but to go to a specific frame
