Hi all,
I’m trying to load a quicktime (.mov) clip into an empty movie clip in Flash MX but it doesn’t want to work. I can get it to load into a new window no problem though. Any ideas? (really winding me up!!)

You cant dynamically load a .mov into flash, if thats what you were doing. Flash can only load (externally) other swf’s and jpegs as far as i know.
Should of added, i wish you could, i hope i’m wrong, it would help me greatly if its possible but i havent found a away. I’ve converted my .mov’s into swfs and i’m loading them into my main swf. There’s some jive around creating FLV’s that you can use to stream video or something, but you need a server that will handle it - which i dont have so i didnt read into it exclusively. should of done.
