Loading site help

ok… i am going to try to explain this the best i can.

what i have is an advanced roll over button. when you go over it a line comes down off the button. what i want to do is have the content look like it is coming out of that line. is there anyway to do that?

but i want the line to come down when the mouse goes over the the button. and then when you click it the page loads.
