Loading style

wassup guys ,

     i want to learn how to load everything like the www.2advanced.com style..i like how all there windows load and everything..and i wanted to know if there is a tutorial for that or if someone knows how to do that..thanks guys....:)

Its just loadMovie() with a preloader on each external .swf file.
