Loading SWF into into an other SWF

Hi, I´d like to know how I can load a new SWF in the same SWF (in a frame).
Today, to jump from a category to an other, I´m using a simple “load movie” script which open a new SWF. What I´d like to do it´s to be able to load the new information and only these ones… not the all menu points, background picture,…etc, etc
