Loading videos/text in flash

I need some help and i’m not really sure want i’m looking for so i’m gona explain it as best as i can. On a flash site i’m working on i’m trying to load flash slide shows, my problem is when i click the link to load the slide show the menu and header go away and just the slideshow is displayed. I guess what i’m trying to do is creat a content window so when i load the slide show the menu and headed dont go away. If that makes any sense
