loadMovie help

I am trying to load a swf that is in the same directory as the file it is being called into. Everything works perfect during test movie … when I publish it, and go to view it through any browser, it doesnt load. If I upload it, it also fails to work. I have double checked for case sensitive issues, my file structures, and everything else I can think of. The only way it works when uploaded/previewed in a browser is if I use an absolute path to the swf being loaded. I am really at a loss here … any ideas?
