Looking for a Flash guru / graphic artist in Chicago area.
I need someone very knowledgeable in Flash backend integration, dependable, delivering quality work and a talented graphic artist. The projects include full Flash sites, Flash parts as well as graphical design for regular HTML based sites. Experience in site layout, CSS, DHTML basics is required. I do about 95% of all the design and graphics for all my projects but do to limited time, I need to concentrate on programming and let someone else work on the graphics end. All work is off location on per project bases. Some projects might require meeting with the client. Deposit upfront with full payment upon delivery. Need someone to be available to start work on projects immediately.
