I need someone to point me towards a tutorial in flash for creating a sea water effect
I’ll explain what I’m trying to do. The screen goes blue and the top of blue square thats covered the screen should be moving…like out at sea water movement
gonna have words pop up and bob around on the water so if anyone has seen anything like this, it’d be a big help
