I’m looking for a creative, reliable Flash designer to collaborate with on projects. Someone to bounce ideas off of that might take a different approach to something than I would. For example, I’d send you the artwork for some navigation to be done in Flash. We would both work on our own versions, post them for each other to look at, and then discuss them via AIM, ICQ or whatever to come up with the best solution. I will pay you for your time and for the right person, this will lead to ongoing, interesting work. I would need you to sign a non-compete and a confidentiality agreement. Ideally you will be able to work between 9 and 5 eastern time, but that is flexible. This won’t be full-time to start out with, but I do need someone who can produce high-quality work quickly and is easy to reach if there is a tight deadline. After Effects skills are a big plus.
