I have seen and worked with the tute that Macromedia provided here:

Well, http://www.permadi.com/tutorial/flashMXQuiz/ sure its flash mx, but flash is pretty much fully backwards compatible… it works totally fine on 2004.
It wouldn’t work for me.

Well the first fla linked to on that tutorial is incomplete- try the 2nd or 3rd page for a more complete version.
