Looking for graffiti/deface type app or howto

basically if you go to (excuse the url) http://paintthat****gold.com/ (http://paintthats h i tgold.com) you can see the exact functionality that I’m looking for.

  1. Pull up a site in a frame.
  2. Save that site as an image.
  3. Paint/Draw on it.
  4. Save that image.

That site is def using PHP I’m just not sure how they are doing it all.
