I am the lead developer and director at IQ Foundry (an interactive agency) in Madison, WI. I am looking for developers looking to establish a long-term career with a team of professionals that is passionate about doing great work.

You must be a well educated (self or university) object oriented developer.
You must be willing to relocate to Madison, WI.
You must be a team-oriented person, who enjoys working with and collaborating with others.
