I really really don’t want to use components. but my search for a good tutorial on how to make a scrollbar came up empty handed. Is there anyone here that knows of good tutorial or knows the basics to making a scrollbar? I’m using Flash 8, but the tutorial doesn’t need to be geared towards Flash 8.
