I’m looking to have a PHP based form made, and if anyone is interested, I would love for you to PM me with how long you’d like in order to do it and what you think a fair price would be. The form would look like this:
File browse and upload file to a different directory
text field
text field
text field
text field
text field
submit button
The url of file needs to go into a database row when user clicks the submit button and the file type has to be .mp3. If anyone is able to add an upload progress bar with percentage, that would be a good feature. This image also has kb loaded, kb total, kb rate, and estimated time. I dont need any of that, but a progress bar with percentage would be a nice feature.
