So I’m creating a site about surfing for class and am wanting a looping swell effect to roll across the entire bottom of the page every couple of seconds to simulate water movement. It would most likely be a solid shape, no special effects, yet. I know it’s probably simple for someone here, but not me. Any help, code, explaination anything would be great.
