Loss of faith

hey. I have been having problems with my flash player plug-in. Every time i go onto a website that uses flash - crash. every time i try export an swf - crash etc… So i used all the fourms i could find to try and resolve my problem (from kirupa to apple support to adobe support) tried everything, nothing worked. So I bit the bullet and rang apple support. the first guy i talked to was very helpful and he talked me through possible answers until he said i needed my start up disk. so I hung up the phone and went to get it. when i rang back the support line had closed. So i rang back the next day where i got the biggest ******* on earth telling me that it would cost $35 just to talk to him. any way he was no help and after basically laughing at me i hung up the phone. Oh yeah and also - i cant bring it to a shop because the chick I bought it off lied and said it was three months old when in-fact apple said it was over 12 months old so no warranty (before anyone says it I know I’m a sucker). any way sorry about the Whining rant but i had to get it off my chest. So, any suggestions. thanks in advance.
