Macromedia Flash MX Hands-On-Training

I saw this as “book of the week.” I am a beginner, and I was wondering if you guys think this is a good way to learn some basic stuff. Is there another book that would be better? The one thing I don’t like about Flash is that you can’t “view source”. That’s how I learned html. So, I am looking for a book that can spell everything out for me.
