Mail form, HELP pls

i saw your tutorias its great! :smiley:

but im searching a script that validate the textfield (MAIL) and if the mail its correct can download a archive called. (download.zip) and the mail the wrote appear inside in a TXT file called. (MAILS.TXT) one mail under futures mails.
