Mail form with attachment

Hmm… Mailforms isn’t that hard to make… I can make 'em, but I can’t make a mailform that can attach files like jpeg and stuff… I need one… So you have some form boxes one where you can write your e-mail, one where you can write your website and one where you can upload a file and attach it to the message… Then it sends it to myemail@lol.com (or something)… Thanks in advance…
