Maintaining sound loop

i have a design. header is mostly flash and content below is entirely html. My client would like to include music or a sound loop in the ‘header’ flash. Problem is, whenever user clicks to a new section, the sound loop will continue. Is there anyway for me to control the sound loop to ‘continue’ without having to restart? I can only think of frames, but of course, frames are forbidden and I like to adhere to css standards. Any suggestions?
