hey guys,
ive been asked to make a banner… but in the requirments, it is said that the banner must be on 43kb in size!! 
that is waaayyy to small to do anything decent i think! (with my level of experience that is!)
so i thought… i will make my banner, which ever way i like it (it weighs in about 350kb at the moment), and then make a new empty file that will be used as the banner holder, with just script to call upon my real banner stored in my server. does that make sense???
can that be done!? how?
suggestions for a different approach are always welcome!
