Not sure how accurate the title is but I’m interested in learning how to make a functional website that basically allows the webmaster to post news on the first page. Lets say there are five articles on the first page, and with every new news article being posted, the fifth gets knocked down to another second “archives” page. The second archives page contains also five article after which articles are bumped down to the third archives page and so on… just your usual functional webstie like this: http://speedoptions.com/ . I have no idea where to start so do you guys have any tips on how to approach this or any advice on how it’s supposed to be properly done? Thanks.
