Making a good resume/CV

I’ve been searching the web a bit to try and find what a good resume should look like, what it should include. Obviously my resume should be creative media orientated (that’s what I’m studying - you know, design, animation, flash, php, video editing etc.). I was wondering if mayeb some of you more exprience lads here could give me some pointers on how to contruct a good resume (not a portfolio site but a resume) as I have no experience in looking for jobs/internships and what not. Maybe some templates would be handy.
