Making flash a website

ok, I have my swf, now -
-I want to link from a html page to the swf.
-I want it in its own window that fits the swf exactly(a window without all the toolbars of the browers-like if you ran the swf from the hard drive).
-Also any text that you know that looks good and sharp on the web.

-I have read the tutorials on this site and just need more info on these subjects
-I have Dreamweaver and Frontpage if one of those is easier to use for any of this
