I have many questions i would like to ask about doing flash work (with two scenarios: freelancer and company).

  1. When starting a company, what must be done and how?
  2. If not starting company, but being freelancer, what must be done and how?
  3. Do i need to register with anything?
    a) As a company
    b) As a freelancer
  4. Can you just do work for cash in hand?
    a) As a company
    b) As a freelancer

5. Please can someone give me a tutorial on starting up:
