heres a picture the colors a bit disoriented but I had to get it here but first it was like 2.34 mb now its 384 kb and now its 84 but black and white its ok though so look at it to get a idea of what im saying thanks.
You could either make that a separate banner or put your car clip on a layer underneath that background.
Or you could make the car with the animation on one layer. Make another layer above it, right click that layer, select Mask, then in that mask layer, put a box that’s the same size and location as the white box at the top. That will work.
