Here’s the poop-scoop :
I’m creating a xbox game case, and which I have already modeled it. Now the problem is that I’ve created a curve for where the texture of the halo case will be.
Heres the texture :
Now I want to planar the closed curve and prject the texture onto it. But the problem is I want to prject this surface onto the xbox game case. I’ve tried projecting the the curve onto the case and then adding a planar to the curve, but when I render, or even just shade, it seems that the surface and the xbox game case are both ontop of one another and creates all these bloggy stain things. I think I might have to trim the planar’ed surface with the case, but I’m not sure.
If someone could help, it would be extremely appreciated!
