As the title says, it’s a Mecha (work in progress). From what Edwin has so far, I’d say it is an arm.
I really like the detail, and the smoothness does remind me of BGC too. I always wanted to be able to draw mechs, but I suck at it. Great work so far, Edwin!

first thing I saw was a fishing lure 
then I saw a fishing lure on a stump… then it was an arm holding the stump at which atop lies a fishing lure. And thats what I see now.
