Menu Help

Hello everyone,

I am trying to find a tutorial on how to make a menu that does the same thing as the one on the site below.

Does anyone know how to do that or know of a tutorial to help me out with that? I’ve tried searching for a tutorial but I am not entirely sure what it would be called so I haven’t had much luck. Thanks in advance! :}
