Im looking for a small and simpel ( if cool NICE) chat applications… I found one on the web. But it requried that I have a flash server or host… What does that exataly mean?
Why cant i use my own server, which supports PHP, Mysql and ASP… Hmm…
When i searched on the web for flash servers, they all had a price. Does anyone know if there is any one for free? Or how I would be able to use my chat applications?
If not. Does anyone know where to find some good tutorials to make a small chat applications? The way i want it, is that i have a sign on my website which says" admin is disconnected" and when i log in to my site, the sign turns green and the text says " admin is connected" When i am connected i want a livechat app… Like if visitors click on the online status bar, there should pop up a small chat window. So visitors and admin can chat.
If such things are not availble, does anyone knows a price for how much it would take to build me such an chat application?
