ok I have a Frame Set i need that i cna’t seem to get working. The site i need it on is here.

Now i need a set up that will scroll the top and the bottom middle frames together as kind of one page. The best i can get is to have both of them have there own scroll bar set as you can see i have turned the scrolling on the bottom middle frame. I need them to scroll together as if they where one page. any ideas? if any one thinks they can help but needs to see the files i can send you a zip. Please some one must have a solution.
