Momsoon menu

I am lookiing for a tutorial on a monsoon menu or a menu like it a monsoon menu is a menu that as you roll over the mc or button it zooms in and when u roll out the menu goes back to being small. Basically a good way to fit alot of content on one page my shrinking and expanding the menu as needed, i think its was called a monsoon menu when i saw it last, i have searched for it but no luck anyone help…thanks
