does anyone have any idea how to create a mosaic of people like shown on this site http://photomatt.net/
I’ve never tried it before, but it might have a base layer(photo of dubya in this case) and an overlay layer(pics of soldiers). Then, adjust the opacity and blending mode of the overlay layer to get it to look right.
