depends on what you need it for.
Moodle is designed for educational stuff.
Drupal is for communities.
Wordpress for blogging.
If you give a few more details like aim and how big and what features you need then you’ll get a better response.
Moodle is a bloated piece of donkey poo that devours servers for breakfast.
Drupal is kind of simple yet frustratingly complicated/stubborn.
