I want to make a jpeg in a movie clip to slide across the screen and create an echo like motion blur similar to that of the bionic man. I can’t find any threads refering to this. Does anyone have any ideas where i could look for a tutorial on this?
If you have Photoshop, you can run your jpeg through a wind filter and use that for your tween. This should give you an idea:
